Kristof Dede graduated at the Semmelweis University of Budapest. He is a specialist of surgery and gastroenterology. He works for more than 20 years at the Department of Surgical Oncology in the Uzsoki Hospital, Budapest, now he is the deputy head of the department. He took a PhD degree in 2015. He took part on special trainings in Germany and in the USA. He is a member of different international and hungarian societies, and is on the board of the Hungarian Surgical Society. He is the author and co-author of many scientific papers and regurarly gives lectures on national and international congresses. He speaks english and less german.
He has two children, his hobbies are cycling and music.
Special professional interests are
- surgical oncology (liver and intestinal tumors), laparoscopic surgery (hernia-, sporthernia-, and gallbladder surgery) and thyroid surgery.
