I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Semmelweis University in 1999. I have passed my certification examinations in internal medicine in 2005 and in cardiology in 2008.
I gained my professional experiences at the University of Pittsburgh, Isaar in Germany and at the DeutschesHerzzentrum in Munich. I am a member of the Hungarian Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology and the European Society of Echocardiography.
Professional orientation
I practice all types of non-invasive cardiologic examinations; my main field of work include diagnosing and treating chest pain, breathing difficulties, arrhythmia, valvular heart diseases and high blood pressure. As a part of my job I participate in providing treatment for ICU patients with severe heart diseases, as well as treating acute myocardial infarctions.
I am also interested in performing ultrasound heart examinations (both stress tests and transesophageal examinations) to such an extent that I have already gave lectures in the topic at medical congresses in Hungary and abroad.
Keeping in mind that along with cancer, cardiovascular diseases are the leading causes of death among the population, I deem prevention, risk assessment and screenings of utmost importance.
