Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is one of the most important components of orthopedic rehabilitation. Depending on the patient’s condition and the type of surgical procedure performed, our physiotherapists begin the necessary physical therapy treatment during the hospital stay, often shortly after surgery.
The goal of movement therapy during physiotherapy is to restore the function and mobility of the affected body parts. During the sessions, our patients also learn exercises that they can safely perform at home, supporting their recovery after discharge from the hospital.
Our highly qualified physiotherapists are supported by modern rehabilitation equipment, which effectively helps increase range of motion, improve muscle strength, and accelerate postoperative recovery.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation Package
The first few days following surgery can play a crucial role in the recovery process. Our post-surgical rehabilitation package provides patients with the opportunity to recover in a hospital environment for as long as necessary, under continuous professional supervision, while receiving physiotherapy support to promote early mobilisation and a smooth recovery.
The rehabilitation package includes:
- Rehabilitation care available from just 1 night following the initial hospital stay.
- 24-hour medical supervision.
- One physiotherapy session per day.
- Full board and care.
- Provision of medications required during the rehabilitation period.
The duration of rehabilitation can be extended by several days, depending on the patient’s individual needs. For longer stays, patients are eligible for a 5-20% discount, depending on the length of their stay.
Following an assessment of the patient’s individual rehabilitation needs, our team will prepare a personalised, detailed quotation, taking into account the planned length of stay and the services required.
At Dr. Rose Private Hospital, rehabilitation following orthopedic surgery is an integral part of patient care. Our goal is to ensure that patients begin their recovery in a safe environment with expert support and achieve the best possible functional outcome.
