2nd lab test (on an empty stomach): Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 0 and 120 minutes, blood count, ESR, ions, blood group and antibody screening, urine test, iron, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), toxoplasmosis, liver and kidney function check, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)

Glucose tolerance test (supplemented with blood count and urine test) to screen for gestational diabetes. During the study, after taking blood on an empty stomach, followed by drinking a sugar solution (75g of sugar dissolved in 200-300ml of cold water, lemon juice added as required), following which repeated blood sampling is performed after 2 hours have elapsed.
