Our five-day inpatient spinal care program is designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve lasting improvements in quality of life without surgery, through coordinated treatments. Personalized physiotherapy, therapeutic massage, infusion therapy, and, when necessary, medication - provided under specialist supervision in a calm environment - ensure fast and effective rehabilitation.
Conservative (Non-Surgical) Therapy
Degenerative spinal conditions - such as disc degeneration, herniated discs, facet joint arthrosis, or spinal canal stenosis - are among the most common musculoskeletal disorders. They often cause lower back, thoracic, or neck pain, restricted mobility, and in more severe cases, neurological symptoms. In addition to aging, a sedentary lifestyle and poor posture also play a significant role in their development.
In most cases, significant improvement can be achieved without surgery through modern conservative treatment. Our intensive, structured inpatient program offers an effective alternative to difficult-to-coordinate outpatient treatments, providing care in a safe and comfortable environment.
Program duration:
5 days (4 nights), from Monday to Friday
What does the conservative therapy program include?
- Personalized physiotherapy (1 session daily, total of 5 sessions)
Our experienced physiotherapists design individualized exercise programs based on a thorough assessment, helping to stabilize the spine and reduce pain. Patients receive recordings of the exercises performed in the hospital, allowing them to continue their physiotherapy at home. - Therapeutic massage (1 session daily, total of 5 sessions)
Targeted massage helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote tissue regeneration. - Infusion therapy (total of 5 sessions)
Anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxant infusions form a cornerstone of the complex therapeutic program, contributing to the reduction of inflammation and pain relief. - Medication therapy
If necessary, recovery is further supported with personalized medication and, in some cases, injection therapy. - Full-board accommodation in a private, five-star hotel-standard room
Patients can recover in a calm, refined, and elegant environment, which is essential for effective rehabilitation. - Continuous specialist supervision
Experienced physicians monitor patients’ condition throughout the entire course of treatment. - Nursing care
Our highly trained nursing staff ensure continuous care and patient safety.
Why choose this program?
Conservative treatment of spinal conditions is most effective when multiple therapeutic methods are applied in a coordinated, mutually reinforcing way. The advantage of our program lies in its integrated approach, where treatments are integrated into a unified system, enabling noticeable improvement even within a short period.
An additional benefit of inpatient care is that patients can step away from daily stress and focus entirely on their recovery.
When is the program recommended?
- In cases of acute or chronic lower back, thoracic, or neck pain
- When imaging studies confirm degenerative spinal changes
- To avoid or postpone surgery
Spinal problems affect not only mobility but also overall quality of life. However, with timely and professional treatment, most conditions can be effectively managed without surgery.
Please note that participating in the program requires a prior outpatient spinal specialist consultation.
