Combined breast augmentation

The size and shape of the breasts are largely genetically determined. In the case of most women, over time the breast glands decrease in size and as a result the breasts may sag, losing their firmness and fullness. The essence of combined breast augmentation is to replace the missing volume with an implant and to eliminate the sagging of drooping breasts. During combined breast augmentation, the plastic surgeon inserts an implant and lifts the breasts by excising a portion of the excess skin.
