Combined breast augmentation

The size and shape of the breasts are largely genetically determined. Childbirth, breastfeeding, extreme weight loss or weight gain can all have a detrimental effect even on previously beautiful, full-bodied shapes. In the case of most women, over time the breast glands decrease in size and as a result the breasts may sag, losing their firmness and fullness. The essence of combined breast augmentation is to replace the missing volume with an implant and to eliminate the sagging of drooping breasts. During combined breast augmentation, the plastic surgeon inserts an implant and lifts the breasts by excising a portion of the excess skin. After removing the excess skin and replenishing the required volume, the breasts become full and shapely again.

Treatment of skin lesions

Various skin lesions - warts, dermatofibromas - usually stand out from skin level. Although these are mostly benign lesions, they can still be aesthetically distressing. It is worth removing these types of skin lesions so that they do not cause a major complaint later.

Thighplasty

The skin of the thigh sags with age, but weight loss can cause a similar problem too. During thighplasty, our plastic surgeon removes excess adipose tissue (subcutaneous body fat) and part of the stretched skin, thus regaining a taut effect on this part of the body.

Breast lift

In most women’s lives, the moment comes when she looks with dissatisfaction at the changed shape of her breasts. After childbirth, due to the passage of time or thanks to individual attributes, the skin loses its elasticity and tone. Breasts that have lost their perkiness can be made firmer with a plastic surgery procedure called a breast lift.

Gastroscopy

A gastroscopy is an examination in which an endoscope (a flexible fiber-optic tube) is inserted through the mouth into the upper digestive system. This allows the doctor to examine the mucous membranes of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine).

Arm lift

As a result of considerable weight loss or with advancing age, the skin of the upper arm may sag, and this body region is difficult to slim even with targeted gymnastics exercises, while tightening the skin would require building more muscle. The problem can be corrected with combined upper arm plastic surgery.
