Vaginoplasty

There are various clinical indications for vaginoplasty. Distinctions are made between those with a weakening of the anterior vaginal wall and those with a weakening of the posterior vaginal wall, or those with a lax vaginal wall due to a tissue disorder, for which vaginoplasty may be necessary. Weakening of the vaginal wall can be caused both by giving birth and by a connective tissue disorder. Depending on the symptoms, a separate anterior and posterior wall, or a combined anterior and posterior vaginoplasty may be performed.

Infectology

Infectology is a medical specialty dealing with infectious diseases. These include diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, protozoa, parasites and fungi. However, complaints caused by infections can also occur in many other diseases, so an important task for the infectologist is to distinguish between infectious and non-infectious diseases.

Endocrinology

Endocrinology is the branch of medicine that deals with diseases and disorders of the endocrine glands. Endocrine glands include, among others, the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, the pancreas, ovaries and testicles. The hormones they produce are transmitted to different parts of the body through the bloodstream to work their effects. The functioning of our hormone system affects our entire body, so altered hormone production affects the functioning of many of our organs.  The endocrinologist is responsible for detecting and curing hormone problems and hormone disorders. 

Rhinoplasty

The shape and size of the nose markedly determines the overall look of the face. As with the ears, this part of our body can grow throughout our lives, so if you have an already large nose, you may become even more dissatisfied with the overall effect as you age. This is because, as the fullness of the facial skin and connective tissue decreases with age, the nose becomes even more prominent. The nose’s deformities and irregularities can be corrected surgically.

In addition to detailed internal medicine, gynecology/urology and ophthalmology specialist examinations, numerous laboratory and imaging diagnostic tests help to detect the most predominant diseases that have not yet caused complaints. Further details can be found HERE. We recommend our Komplex and Komplex+ manager screening package primarily to those who, in addition to the Standard manager screening, would like more emphasis on the investigation of cardiovascular and dermatological diseases. In addition to more detailed laboratory and ultrasound examinations than those included in the Standard screening package, we also perform stress ECG and heart ultrasound tests during the cardiology examination.
