Late diagnosis hinders school performance, causes parents to lose working hours and in many cases leads to the development of irreversible, more severe conditions, hospitalizations and quality of life impairment. However, with targeted examinations these diseases can be detected in good time, even in an asymptomatic state, and the appropriate therapy administered.
Our asthma and allergy screening package, in accordance with the child’s age, involves a risk assessment and basic tests carried out by a specialist. Specific laboratory, allergy, immunological, respiratory function, diagnostic imaging and if necessary, co-specialist examinations will then be conducted as determined by the existing risk. After making the correct diagnosis or diagnoses, targeted lifestyle counselling and individualized treatment will be administered according to the medical condition.
