I would like to say a special thank you to the reception staff who got to know me personally and almost took me by the hand and accompanied me to the examinations. I would mention in particular that I was very glad that I was not addressed aloud, thus paying attention to the GDPR, but instead staff came to my side and accompanied me to the doctor.
