You can get pregnant unexpectedly, but you can also plan your pregnancy before conception. Of course there is no need for serious preparation before conceiving. However, if you are considering having a baby, it is advised for you and your partner to make some simple adjustments to your lifestyle. The aim of our family planning program is to minimalize the possible risk factors throughout your pregnancy from conception to giving birth.
During family planning, we investigate what risk factors and considerations may arise in the case of a couple planning a child. We assess whether there is a genetic disorder or an inherited disease in the family which will require special screening tests.
