You can get pregnant unexpectedly, but you can also plan your pregnancy before conception. Of course there is no need for serious preparation before conceiving. However, if you are considering having a baby, it is advised for you and your partner to make some simple adjustments to your lifestyle.
The aim of our family planning program is to minimalize the possible risk factors throughout your pregnancy from conception to giving birth.
The first step the couple has to take is to have a consultation with our specialist, where he/she assesses risk factors such as genetic disorders and hereditary diseases that might make special screenings necessary later. The consultation concludes with an anamnesis, and the specialist recommends the requisite gynecologic, fertility and laboratory tests.
