Zita Dobák

Zita Dobák received a degree in dietetics from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Pécs, later she also obtained a degree in nutritional science. Since 2014 she is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of the University of Physical Education, currently a PhD candidate.

Since 2009, her studies and interests have led her to participate in a wide range of nutrition research and prevention events.

Her professional experience includes working at Telki Hospital, the Performance Diagnostics Research Department of the Sports Hospital and at The British International School as a nutrition manager and dietitian.

Since 2015, she has been a chapter leader of the Hungarian Chamber of Health Care Professionals (MESZK). As a national chapter leader, she considers it important to provide relevant and credible information, additional training, the latest research, policy development and innovative ideas. Her hobby is her work and when she can, besides her personal life, she tries to attend professional events, workshops and conferences as a dietitian. She has authored and co-authored several scientific publications and represents her profession at national and international conferences.

Since 2022, she has been a dietitian at Dr. Rose Private Hospital, where she provides help in the treatment of various diet-related diseases (e.g. diabetes, cardiovascular problems, reflux, thyroid disease, food allergies and intolerances) or lifestyle changes for patients who want to lose weight.

She is fluent in English and also counsels patients from abroad.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, hiking with her children and travelling, where she tries to enjoy as many gastronomic experiences as possible. She loves reading books, theatre and music.
