Ilniczky Sándor MD graduated from Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest in 1995, then started working at the Department of Neurology at the same institute. He specialized in neurology in 1999. Afterwards, he focused on the diagnostics and the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders (stroke), headaches and neuro-radiology. From the beginning He has been participating in graduate and post-graduate education, teaching medical students and residents in neurology. He earned certificates in stroke management and neuro-sonology (ultrasound examinations of the nervous system).
Since 2007 He has been working part-time for the Department of Neurology and has been providing outpatient service at DR. ROSE Private Hospital.
His current activity mainly focuses on the management of cerebrovascular patients and the ultrasound examinations of pre-cerebral arteries. Furthermore, He has also contributed to offer general neurological outpatient care, especially to patients suffering from headaches.
