Easy TCA peeling

Easy TCA exfoliating peel is great for skin rejuvenation, but it is also an effective solution for pigmented, problematic skin types. It is especially recommended for those whose skin is scarred or acne-prone, possibly sunlight (UV) damaged, wrinkled or uneven.

When is Easy TCA peeling recommended?

This treatment is recommended for those who want to rejuvenate the face without surgery, using a natural method, as the procedure is excellent for tightening the skin and reducing small wrinkles. In addition, since the exfoliated outer layer of the skin is removed during chemical exfoliation, surface irregularities, acne scars and traces of harmful UV radiation can be effectively treated. Uneven, acne-prone skin becomes more uniform and healthier looking, with open pores shrinking. Peeling can also be used to eliminate ingrown hair and the treatment can be used by men too. The skin is reborn: any surface unevenness is eliminated and an intact, smooth skin surface replaces the removed, damaged skin. Exfoliation can be used to treat the skin on the face, neck, décolleté, back, arms, hands and thighs as needed.

What happens at the first consultation?

As with any procedure, chemical peels are preceded by a health assessment consultation with our specialist. This provides an opportunity for the specialist to assess the current condition of the skin, to make a personalized proposal based on this, and according to your needs and expectations and the skin surface to be treated, they will suggest which treatment is most ideal for you and prepare a treatment plan. Be sure to tell your doctor about any previous skin treatments as this may affect the type of treatment chosen.

Preparing for the treatment

In contrast to the preparations for plastic surgeries, no further examinations are required following those performed during the consultation. It is essential to use Blending Bleaching Cream 2 weeks before treatment, between treatments and after treatments. SkinTech cream helps prepare the skin for treatment and restore the skin to a new condition. In addition, the use of the MelaBlock HSP SPF50+ sunscreen included in the treatment is required between and after the treatments.

What happens during the procedure?

Anesthesia is not required for this exfoliation because the procedure is not painful, at most you may experience a slight tingling, burning sensation during the treatment. The practitioner applies trichloroacetic acid (in the concentration that they determine). This removes dead skin cells from both the skin surface and the deeper connective tissue layers in order to promote, following treatment, the formation of collagen fibers responsible for skin elasticity. During the treatment, smooth, fresh, natural skin grows in place of the removed layer. Exfoliation is recommended not only for women, but also for men, as it helps a lot in the treatment of ingrown hair (whiskers). The deeper the rate of exfoliation, the more spectacular the change, however the recovery time also increases.

What results can you expect from the treatment?

Easy TCA peeling results in skin becoming more radiant, fresher, firmer, more hydrated, with regained elasticity and small wrinkles spectacularly reduced. It smooths out surface irregularities and fades skin blemishes, pigment and sun-damaged blotches. The effect of exfoliation lasts from 6 to 18 months, depending on individual circumstances, but it is important to repeat the treatment to achieve the desired result. A series of treatments usually consists of 4 sessions, performed weekly.

Recovery, aftercare

As this is not a surgical procedure, there is no recovery time. However, after the procedure, the use of certain skin care and regenerative preparations is essential to achieve and maintain the desired result. Within a few (3-5) days of treatment, the top layer of the skin begins to peel. This is a natural process, however it is important to apply sunscreen and skin care creams recommended by the specialist on the treated skin after a rinse with plenty of water on the morning after treatment, and daily until the next treatment. In addition, be careful to avoid strong sunlight and the solarium for 6 weeks after the peeling treatment. After the first 4 times, there should be a 6-week break before repeating the treatment series (as required). A total of 3 courses of treatment - i.e. 12 peelings - can be performed serially following the necessary regeneration periods.
